Rijeka sport l.t.d. is a company 100% owned by the City of Rijeka. The founding decision of Rijeka sport l.t.d. as a l.t.d. company for construction, maintenance and management of sport and other facilities was made by the City council of Rijeka on the session held 19. april 2007.
